Willowmane

One of the most common winged beast companions of the Sylvents, these fiercely protective and loyal creatures are capable fighters, durable fliers, and loving friends.

Appearance:

Willowmanes are majestic hybrids, their front half wolven with sleek fur that cascades like willow leaves, trailing softly as they move. Their hindquarters are those of an eagle, with powerful, feathered wings and sharp talons. A feathered tail resembling the plumage of a bird-of-prey helps them maneuver in flight.

Their eyes glow faintly green no matter their iris color, and their fur ripples like wind through trees even in still air.

Behavior:

Willowmanes are fiercely loyal to Sylvents and serve as both guardians and mounts.

They communicate through a mix of howls and bird-like calls.

In battle, they use their wolven jaws for ground attacks and their talons for aerial strikes.

Abilities:

Can silently glide through forests, their presence masked by the rustling of leaves.

Their fur emits a soft, bioluminescent glow that calms allies but unnerves enemies.

Flight speed is slower than some mounts, but they excel in agility and maneuverability.
