Special Rules
Undead
- Immune to psychology, poison, and All Alone
- Causes Fear
- Immune to Stun; treat Stunned as Knocked Down instead
Mindless
- Cannot run or climb
- Will always shamble toward the nearest living model by the most direct route
- Cannot use cover, cannot declare charges through obstacles
Feeding Frenzy
- If a Zombie takes an enemy Out of Action in close combat, it may immediately spend its next turn feeding instead of acting
- While feeding: cannot move or attack
- Gains +1 Toughness for one round afterward (bloated and frenzied)
Death Grip
- If a Zombie hits and wounds an enemy, that model must pass an Initiative test
- On a failure, it is treated as entangled—may not move next turn unless it wins a Strength test at the start of its activation
Rise Again (Optional Rule for Summoning)
- If used by a Necromancer: when an enemy is killed in melee by a Zombie, on a roll of 6 a new Zombie rises in its place at 1 Wound, under the same control
Behavior (AI Table – Optional)

Encounter Hooks
- May rise from graveyards, the sewers, or mass graves around The Pit.
- Zombies are often seen feasting on the dead, dragging corpses, or wandering alleys in silence.
- Encountered singly or in mobs, often near a Vampire, Necromancer, or haunted shrine.
- Scenarios involving corrupted wells, plague outbreaks, or unburied corpses often include Zombie spawn tables.
