Towering and gaunt, the Snatcherlord prowls the ruins of Mordheim in search of the weak, the wounded, and the unaware. With its unnaturally long limbs and grasping tendrils, it plucks victims from alleys and rooftops alike, disappearing into the fog with its screaming quarry.


May be Allied: Possessed, Carnival of Chaos, Beasts of Tchar, Restless Dead, or any custom Chaos warbands.

Weapons/Armour: Hooked Chains and Grasping Claws (counts as two CC weapons). No armour.


Special Rules

Large Target:
The Snatcherlord is massive and easily seen. It is a Large Target as per shooting rules.

Terror:
Its nightmarish form causes Terror.

Climb Like Shadow:
Despite its size, the Snatcherlord can climb with eerie speed. It rolls 3D6 when climbing and picks the two highest.

Grasp and Yank:
Instead of a normal attack, the Snatcherlord may target a model within 2" with one of its attacks. If it hits, make an Initiative test for the target. If failed, the target is pulled into base contact and counts as Knocked Down. (Does not affect Large targets or mounted models.)

Snatch and Scatter:
If the Snatcherlord takes an enemy Out of Action, roll a D6: on a 4+, it may immediately move D6” in any direction as it drags the victim’s remains.

Night Hunter:
The Snatcherlord gains +1 to hit rolls when fighting in darkness or low-light scenarios (e.g. underground, foggy night games).
