Bound to arcane law and sculpted from forgotten rituals, the Oculus Praetor is an instrument of planar authority—its will is the edict of some nameless, blasphemous tribunal. It does not speak. It watches, it judges, and it pulverizes. When the iron chain slams down, so ends the matter.

Weapons & Armour

• The Gavel of Silence (counts as a massive flail): +2 Strength, always strikes last, ignores parries.
• Praetorian Chain Bindings: Additional melee attack at base Strength 5, +1 to hit versus knocked down or stunned models.
• Ethereal Wardmail (counts as heavy armour + invulnerability): 4+ armour save that is never modified by Strength or special abilities (unless magical in nature).

Special Rules

Unbreakable Judgment:
Oculus Praetor is immune to fear, all psychology, and never has to take rout tests. He is also immune to being stunned or knocked down (goes straight to Out of Action once reduced to 0 wounds).

Eye of the Tribunal:
At the beginning of its turn, choose a visible enemy model within 10”. That model must pass a Leadership test at -1 or become Frozen in Judgment (may not move or attack until the end of their next turn, counts as knocked down for attack bonuses).

Crushing Sentence:
If the Gavel of Silence reduces a model to 0 Wounds in a single attack, all models within 3” must take a Fear test—even if immune to fear.

Large Target:
Due to his immense size, Oculus Praetor is a Large Target and can be seen and targeted more easily.

Daemonic:
Subject to the rules for Daemons (immune to poison, psychology, etc.). Can only be hired by warbands marked by Chaos, Undivided, or Possessed. Cannot gain experience.

Hiring & Rarity

• Hire Fee: Cannot be hired normally. May be summoned for one battle via dark ritual (GM's discretion) or awarded as a rare ally by winning a scenario involving daemon worship or the breaking of a Chaos seal.
