Summon Leviathan. Once per long rest, as an action, the bearer can summon a spectral leviathan to their side. The leviathan manifests as a swirling mass of water in the shape of a serpent, with a length of up to 30 feet. The leviathan occupies a space of 10 feet by 10 feet adjacent to the bearer and remains for up to 1 minute, or until dismissed as a bonus action. While the leviathan is summoned, the bearer gains the following benefits:
• The bearer has half cover (+2 bonus to AC and Dexterity saving throws).
• The bearer can use a bonus action to command the leviathan to make a tail swipe attack against a creature within 10 feet of the bearer. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (DC =8 + the bearer’s proficiency bonus + the bearer’s highest ability modifier) or take 3d6 bludgeoning damage. On a successful save, the target takes half damage.
• The leviathan’s presence dampens magic within 30 feet of it. Any spell cast within this area requires a spellcasting ability check (DC 15) or fails to take effect.
Waves of Fury. Once per short rest, as an action, the bearer can command the leviathan to unleash a torrent of water in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in the area must make a Strength saving throw (DC 18) or take 6d6 bludgeoning damage and be pushed back 10 feet, or half as much damage on a successful save and not be pushed.
