While this tattoo is applied on your skin, you can use an action to shift into an inky form for the next minute. While in this form, you can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. Additionally, you can occupy a creature’s space. You can use a bonus action to end this effect. Once used, this property of the tattoo can’t be used again until two hours have passed.
Suffocate. If you are occupying a creature’s space, you can use your action to attempt to envelop and suffocate that creature. The creature must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or become grappled. While grappled, the creature takes 1d8 necrotic damage at the start of each of its turns and can’t breathe. It can use its action to repeat the saving throw, ending the grapple on a success. A creature that doesn’t need to breathe automatically succeeds on this saving throw.
