Frozen Sovereignty. The bearer gains control over ice and snow, allowing them to cast the
Ray of Frost cantrip at will. For this spell, non-spellcasters use their Constitution modifier to calculate the attack roll (adding proficiency bonus if applicable). In addition, you can also use your bonus action to create a 10-foot-radius sphere of magical ice centered on a point you can see within 60 feet. The sphere lasts for 1 minute and turns the ground in its area into difficult terrain. Any creature that enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 15) or fall prone.
Glacial Resilience. The bearer gains resistance to cold damage and has advantage on saving throws against effects that would impose the grappled or restrained conditions.
