Forged in mystical light, this tattoo radiates with otherworldly power and beauty. It is said that those who bear this mark are blessed by the whims of the feyfolk.
Moonlit Blessing. Once per long rest, as an action, the bearer can call upon the power of the moon to unleash a burst of radiant energy. All hostile creatures within a 30-foot radius of the bearer succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (DC 18) or take 8d8 radiant damage. Additionally, all friendly creatures within the radius regain hit points equal to half the total damage dealt.
Ethereal Grace. The bearer gains the ability to temporarily phase out of reality as an action, becoming incorporeal for up to 1 minute. During this time, they can move through creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain and have resistance to all damage except force damage. They cannot attack or be attacked by creatures.
