Heavenly Intervention. Once per long rest, as a reaction when the bearer or a creature within 30 feet of them is targeted by an attack or harmful effect, the bearer can invoke the divine protection of the tattoo. The target gains resistance to all damage from the triggering attack or effect.
Celestial Overwatch. Once per long rest, as an action, the bearer can call upon the heavens to watch over them. For the next minute, they emit a radiant aura in a 30-foot radius, shedding bright light and dim light for an additional 30 feet. Allies within the bright light gain advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects, and hostile creatures have disadvantage on attack rolls against them.
