Servius Oleander (a.k.a. The All-Father)
One of the original founders of the Oleander Throne, and one of its original rulers. According to the Oleander soldier, Cneaus Arius, Servius had extended his life magically and was still alive and looking to use the moonwells in the isle to transcend into the All-Father, the divine being at the center of the Oleander faith.
