Osarius is an Oleander man of conspicuous refinement—immaculately groomed, richly dressed, and utterly convinced that the world is a thing meant to be handled with gold and confidence. He moves through spaces like he owns them, his tailored clothing always the finest, giving him an aura of influence, clout, and respectability that allows him to operate in less than scrupulous ways without drawing attention to his deeds.
Recruited by Gleason for Ogre’s 11, Osarius’s role in the heist was distraction—specifically, gaining access to the high roller’s room of Gnik's Grand Hall of Glorious Losses and Occasional Wins and keeping its proprietor, Gnik Nilbog, thoroughly occupied. However, having Mitch as his blackjack dealer initially threw a wrench in his plan since Mitch did not know the rules of blackjack. However, Levi was at his table and ended up assisting Osarius. There was a bit of flirtation and when he went to the high roller's room, he brought Levi with him, eventually suspecting him of being part of the clandestine Ogre's 11 heist, but not realizing that there was a separate heist happening simultaneously.
