LuFole is a Tiefling cat burglar who was encountered by Aisling Hawthorne while breaking into the vault of Gnik Nilbog's casino, Gnik's Grand Hall of Glorious Losses and Occasional Wins. She was a part of a heist that was simultaneously taking place that was organized by an ogre. The members of the heist team were not aware of who else was in on the heist, so they were given a code phrase, "shama-lama-ding-dong", said to make one another know if someone was aiding them. It was only Gleason who knew who each of the operants were.
Aisling Hawthorned encountered LuFole within the vault of Gnik's Grand Hall of Glorious Losses and Occasional Wins while on an unrelated heist. Aislng had been made aware of the code phrase and convinced LuFole that she was also part of her heist.
