Keavy was born the child of a servant in the Isillonthë family and grew up with Lysandrea Isillionthë. Despite their differences in status and station, the two were fast friends. With her impending marriage to Maximillian D'arlington, she had become worried that she will not see her longtime friend anymore as Maximillian is more interested in status than Lysandrea. However, she knew that Lysandrea was marrying in order to help her family, rather than from personal feelings. At the picnic and tea during the ill-fated wedding, she confided in Illeavere her situation and her distraughtness at losing her friend. Illevaere flirted fairly openly with Keavy, who did not seem unwilling to accept the flirtations. However, the murder of the groom put any chance of romance on hold.
