Cloak of the Packlord

This appears as a heavy cloak made from the pelt of an elder dire wolf, interwoven with silver-thread runes. At its collar clasp is a small polished moonstone.
When this item is worn and attuned, it offers the following properties:
Wolfhide Defense. While wearing the cloak, you gain +1 to your armor class and saving throws.
Pack Tactics (1/day). As a bonus action, you may invoke the spirit of the pack. For 1 minute, you have advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of your allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.
Howling Ward. While wearing the cloak, you have advantage on saving throws against being frightened.

History

This cloak was worn by the apex werewolf, Ulfr, who was slain by the League. It was claimed by the League.
