Boss

Boss is a non-noble title typically given in more informal organizations and groupings. Creatures such as goblinoids often use Boss as a term for their leader and many goblinoids take pride in the title once it is given to them. Kobold tribes, such as the Burnfist Clan, have also used the term to indicate who leads in the hierarchy.
