The Tower Damages the Capital

A fate weaver native to Salvastia attempts to change the weave of fate so much that the Fate known as The Tower appeared and summoned a sandstorm that raged against capital of Devosa for so strongly it takes almost 25 years for the capital to recover. This storm, known as the Gadstrobal to the Salvastians, lasted a total of a week and destroyed buildings within the capital. It is unknown as to what action the fate weaver took that angered the Tower so much, which seems to be a conscious effort of Salvastia to keep the information hidden.
