While the Skylands were inaccessible to most of Moirai, the strongest mages of the world were known to meet on the moving Skyland of Windras in order to discuss their craft. The earliest records of the Crimson Realm note that the greatest mages of the era all met by mere chance at the same time and discussed their works on this Skyland, and remained there for quite some time as a result.
