Mikronce

Mikronce is a logging and farming town for the country of Salvastia. Located north of the capital, this town has an environment that is the most strange compared to the deserts of the capital. However it is here in the Mysterian Jungle where the colorful dyes that Salvastians use for stained glass colors and clothing dyes that are quite popular with their people. For those willing to brave the jungles, this town is full of opportunities.

Demographics

Mikronce, much like most of Salvastia is made up mostly of Tieflings. There is also a sizeable population of BeastFolk, specifically Catfolk.

Jungleflower Plantfolk:

Plantfolk are a being who are the result of a plant being exposed to enough Aether in order to result in it becoming a person. The town of Mikronce tends to grow rare and beautiful flowers that are often the key ingredient of certain dyes. On rare occasions, these plants instead form into a Jungleflower Plantfolk, which are very beautiful compared to even regular Flower Plantfolk. These people tend to stay within Mikronce to assist the people there, who highly value their understand of plants in the jungle.

The Night of Silence:

Normally, as one would expect from a jungle that is teeming with life, it is very loud at most hours and even more so at night. However one night a year, during the middle of summer, the entire jungle does not make a single sound; No bug nor animal attempts to make any noise. The town of Mikronce also observes this as a tradition as a day of rest known as the Night of Silence. It is believed the reason for this is that there is a creature so powerful in the jungle that no creature dares to make its presence known to it, lest it become its next meal.

Hidden Poison Market:

The Mysterian Jungle is home to many beautiful and wonderful plants and insects that are full of color that the people there use to create dyes for their projects. Many of these bright colorations however are typically intended as a means to indicate their venomous or poisonous nature to others to as to be left alone. If you know the correct people and ask the proper way, you can gain access to parts of those creatures that Salvastia laws command destroyed. High level assassins and alchemists sometimes make their way to this town exactly for this reason.

Architecture

Thanks to the environment that town occupies, the normal square like buildings have taken on a more rounded shape, more like bowls than boxes. This is because of the large amount of rain that occurs within Mysterian Jungle that would cause the more boxy designs of the desert homes to collapse. This causes the homes to be more made of mud and wood than stone, which is odd for Salvastians.
