Hand fan, uncommon
While holding this fan, you can use an action to cast the Gust of Wind spell (save DC 13) from it. Once used, the fan shouldn't be used again until the next dawn. Each time it is used again before then, it has a cumulative 20 percent chance of not working and tearing into useless, nonmagical tatters.
Discovery
Using Relmae's (Nyaaricnesh's partner) many contacts, she was able to set up a meeting for our heroes. They met a fella, whom said his name was Ed. Going to his estate in Everton, he was sort of a middle man for selling magic items. He didn't own any of them, rather he'd use illusion magic to show off the items, explain what it was, then give a price. Selling them for whomever paid him to try and sell the items. Naturally, collecting a modest cut from each one sold.
