Orb, ???
Looking at this orb, it is like you can see into a small, dark room. When someone places their hand on it, they get pulled into that room they could see while looking into it. You are pulled into an extradimensional space.
Discovery
Upon helping the Paragon of Just in the Black Oak Forest, a reward was discussed. The bulk of it was received from a fellow named Mep Dua. He lived in the near by village Mobury. It seemed he had some association with the Paragon of Just, and kind of had a lost and found for them, with the Black Oak Forest. He had a chest that was under his care for over a year. He tried to find the owner, and waited, but no one came. So it was being passed on to the party. This was one of the many items inside.
Additionally, this item wasn't just in the chest they got from Mep Dua, but there was a magically sealed/trapped chest that was inside there. This orb was within that smaller booby trapped chest.
Appearance
It looks like an ordinary crystal orb. Although it is rather large, close to a foot in diameter. As well as getting a closer look, being able to see a room inside of it.
Side Note
When entering this orb, the room there has a doorway to another, much larger room. It has four pillars in it, that seem to shed a wave of glowing arcane light if you move between them. Furthermore the pillars, as well as the stone work that this room is constructed in has etched in markings, writings, and symbols of arcane nature all over the place.
When first entering this place, within those four pillars was a massive pile of coins. It seemed to mostly be copper, but other types of coin were in there to if you looked deeper. While in there, some unseen force was pushing at the party members that went inside. Throwing them up into the ceiling. Against walls. As this was happening, loud thuds echoed until the origin of this stomping was seen. This massive metal made golem stomped its way in. It struck hard with its sword, but also rose its other hand. Shooting out devastating bursts of fire.
