Glaive, rare (requires attunement)
You can use a bonus action to speak this magic glaive's command word causing flames to erupt from the blade at the end. These flames shed bright light in a 40 foot radius and a dim light of an additional 40 feet. While the glaive is ablaze, it deals an extra 2D6 fire damage to any target it hits. The flames last until you use a bonus action to speak the command work again, or until you drop it from your hands.
Additionally, as a bonus action you can speak command words to make the glaive shrink in size, as well as grow to its normal length. When smaller, it has all the same stats as a normal glaive, but not the 10 foot reach. Seemingly, this is more for traveling then anything else.
Discovery
Upon helping the Paragon of Just in the Black Oak Forest, a reward was discussed. The bulk of it was received from a fellow named Mep Dua. He lived in the near by village Mobury. It seemed he had some association with the Paragon of Just, and kind of had a lost and found for them, with the Black Oak Forest. He had a chest that was under his care for over a year. He tried to find the owner, and waited, but no one came. So it was being passed on to the party. This was one of the many items inside.
Appearance
The metal is a nice, bright silver in color. Although sometimes when moving it, almost a shimmer of orange radiates off of it. The bottom of it had a red ribbon that was tied to it. Coming up towards the tip was a matching in color, but longer ribbon. The end of it was this long, wide blade. Where it was sharpened it was steel, but the metal behind that was this deep, almost gold mixed with red. Small little etches of flames coming up from the sharpened part as well.
