Single use arrow, uncommon
Shoot this arrow through any bow and hitting an open space or creature causes it to burst into massive roar of thunder. All creatures withing a 15ft radius from where the arrow hits must make a DC 15 Con save. On a fail they take 10d6 thunder damage. On a success they take half. This damage effects items that aren't being worn or carried within this area.
Additionally, if the initial hit of the arrow is aimed at a creature, and it hits that creature they then have disadvantage on the saving throw. Example, if rather then shooting at an unoccupied you shoot the arrow at a creature. You roll your ranged attack and if you met or beat the AC of that creature, they'll have disadvantage on their saving throw. Missing won't cause the arrow to over shoot. It will still land near by.
Discovery
Using Relmae's (Nyaaricnesh's partner) many contacts, she was able to set up a meeting for our heroes. They met a fella, whom said his name was Ed. Going to his estate in Everton, he was sort of a middle man for selling magic items. He didn't own any of them, rather he'd use illusion magic to show off the items, explain what it was, then give a price. Selling them for whomever paid him to try and sell the items. Naturally, collecting a modest cut from each one sold.
