Stick, ???
If the person wielding the stick can see the sky, as an action they can sing, "I bless the rain's down in Asteria." and a sudden downpour erupts. This intense fall of rain is 100 feet in diameter, with the stick being the center of it. Additionally is goes 100 feet up. Once the charge is used to active this, the stick can be moved, but the rain stays in its set place. Any creature caught in this downpour suffers the blind condition, and is difficult terrain whilst in the rain. Also anyone looking inside this cylinder of rain, can't see anything due to the flow being that dense and hard.
The stick can have 4 charges, max to it. Each time the lyrics are sung, it uses one of its charges. The unique mystic of this item leaves it with odd means of recharging it. You need to collect roughly five gallons of fresh rain water, then pour it over the stick. It absorbs it, and the lost charges are regained.
Discovery
The stick found in the Black Oak Forest. Within there, it was at Figlin's Blunder, in some underground ruins. Inside was a stone grave on a platform. The grave held many items, this was one of them.
Appearance
It looks like an ordinary stick you'd find walking in the woods. It had some thickness to it, and it was roughly two and a half feet long. It seemed solid as well, but as you turned it you could hear almost like a light rain sliding from one end to the other, internally. It had bits of bark over it, but it did have some engraving on it. It was some musical notes with the words, "I bless the rain's down in Asteria".
