The Yokai Confederation

The Yokai Confederation is a group comprised of the Clan Heads of various Yokai Clans that exist in the Nijion Archipelago. The Confederation was formed a century ago in order to stop the encroachment of the Yokai clans in on each other. The Confederation is comprised of several different Yokai Races joined for mutual benefit.
