Evalia's Forest

Evalia's Forest is considered a Tonelic Ground, a special area where Pactones gather in peace. However, what sets the forest apart from other Tonelic Grounds is that it is man-made, making it one of the few Tonelic Grounds that people can consistently access.
The forest is a compact wooded area surrounding the Eryphy Region Pactone Lab. The highlight of the area is a large clearing in the center, where a massive tree stands and extends over a large portion of the clearing. Pactones and people alike like to gather in this area, and many a first pact has been formed here. Indeed, the reason this Tonelic Ground was formed was so that the Lab would have easy access to "starter Pactones" that are considered good for beginners.
The peaceful conditions and serene environment have also attracted the peculiar world-hopping puff creatures knows as Puffskis; one puffski settlement has been spotted near the base of the central tree.
The area's current name is a portmanteau of the names of the first Overseer (Eva) and the Overseer who is considered to have done the most work for the region (Valia).
There is a large plaque by the tree bearing tribute to a previous Overseer who died in a tragic accident. "Lia, it is your song that welcomes us to this world even as you have left it. You shall not be forgotten, and we shall uphold your legacy."
Rumors abound that the central tree has a sort of magic to it that keeps the area pure and green. No one in the Lab will confirm or deny these rumors. Winter does happen here, all the same.

Fauna & Flora

Various Pactones live here, including Roundids, Mouskers, and Egbies, all of which are considered good "starter" Pactones.
