Undersea City of Mer

This is more of a collection of underwater cities that call themselves a collective city. They are less isolationist than the aarakocra, but it takes time to be allowed to visit the city without escort. If you attempt to avoid escort, you'll be forced to leave once found. They have sent many investigators over the years to examine the fog, but have found nothing of note. They have written it off. They also venerate Myrska, as she is the goddess of the sea. There are 2 different races that inhabit the Mer seas, Tritons and Mer with tails.
