Elevated islands to the northwest of the mainland. This is the kingdom of the Aarakocra. They are rather protective of the their borders and keep a regular guard patrolling the border. They do trade with the Trufas Theocracy for supplies them can't produce, but when the ship is below their port they fly down and fly the supplies up. They have created heavy nets that the ships have equipped that they then have several workers fly the entirety up to the port.

Travelers are allowed with an escort and a reason for being there. Otherwise they will be escorted off the lands. If they are found stealing from the Piorians, instead their hands and legs are bound and they are thrown off the land to hit the ocean below.
