Edge of the World
Overview
The Edge of the world is the metaphysical energetic barrier which the goddess Amengta made to form and encapsulate Mirsivna within the Cotempah Ocean of the rogue planet Orvzen.General Background
The Edge of the World is a metaphysical, magical, and energetic barrier which is about 5 meters thick and in the form of a sphere to protect against the great pressure and hostile environment of the Cotempah Ocean of Orvzen. The sphere itself acts like a terrarium and houses land, air, and sea in a relatively pleasant environment. This terrarium-like world is known as Mirsivna and is the home of Mirsip and all their children and the creations of their children. This barrier, which is physical fixture that can be touched, and even passed through if someone were properly prepared or the right life base, was made by Mirsip's youngest child, Amengta. Unlike most of her works, safe for the creation of the Yerda, The Edge of the World was Amengta's craftmanship alone, and served as the shell in which she built Mirsivna, not just for her family, but also herself.Contact
Should one venture to the Great Mountain, and climb to its apex, they would literally be able to touch the sky, which the Edge of the World forms. As it is energetic, they would feel power flow into them, but they would not be harmed. Because of this, it is not uncommon for some of the Yerda to request a blessing of such power, often for vitality and health rather than magic, from Mirsip, Thew, Veril, or any of the gods found on the mountain, that traditionally dwell in the sky. Upon contact with the Edge of the World, it will ripple like water, but remain in a solid-ish form being more akin to gelatin than water or a solid. This being said, if one were to be properly prepared to push through, it would be like moving through a solid wall of electrified gelation that mends itself behind the person passing through.About
