These oils were stolen from a woman hawking a multi-level marketing program. They were stored in the ship's hold until Tiki repurposed them to use to reincarnate Amelia.
One Year's Supply of the following:
Lavender Peace Oil (Wis)
Cinnamon Health Oil (Con)
Apple Focus Oil (Int)
Cocoa Workout Oil (Str)
Mint Charisma Oil (Cha)
Sandalwood Yoga Oil (Dex)

Effect

By applying the oil once a day for two weeks, the character using it is able to reroll one check (but not Attack) of the associated stat between each long rest. Only one oil can be in effect at a time, and the character must continue applying the oil.
