Bow of Freezing

A powerful magical artifact that Skark Sr. made a deal with a Crossroads Demon in order to obtain. The bow freezes anyone it hits.

Effect

The Bow of Freezing is a +2 magical longbow. When a creature is struck by an attack from this item, they must make a Constitution save with a DC equal to 8 + the attacker's proficiency bonus + the attacker's Dex modifier or be Restrained. They may repeat this save at the end of each of their turns.
While attuned, you gain a +1 bonus to AC and can't be blinded, deafened, petrified, or stunned.
