Ananium Species in Mirateia | World Anvil

Ananium

The Ananium tea plant is large, and its leaves have a colour similar to that of polished silver with a delicate pattern of lines running from the middle of the leave to the edge of it.   During the night, the leaves curl into a roll, and then the leaves are harvested and dried in that position. Over the years, there have been many experiments on the best way to dry the leaves to get the best cup of tea out of them, but so far, no one has found a way that produces a better tea than the rolled-up leaves of the Ananium.   When the leaves are placed into a cup and boiling water is poured over them, the Ananium leaves release a captivating aroma that fills the air with the smell of sweet blossoms and wild berries. The plant is prevalent among the mages of Mirateia as the Ananium leaves can be used to restore the magical energy of a mage, and it's said even to enhance those that can use divine magic.

This sounds delicious! And it is wonderful that it is best brewed in a close to natural state.
