Lokra'tadopple

(a.k.a. Dopple)

Lokra'tadopple is a young sea dragon, still learning many lessons for the long life ahead of him. Residing in the Cave of the Witch Aquaria along with a variety of large crabs, he collects treasures and creatures from the sea as his hoard.
Dopple came to the coast of the Stralia province as a wyrmling dragon, his parents leaving him to learn about the world he lives in. He was quickly found, and came under the control of a sea witch residing in an underwater cave nearby. There he lived, helping to guard the cave entrance for nearly a century.
