Leyden

Leyden is the muse of alchemy (potion making and chemistry). Leyden is one of the less stable of the muses - just like many of his creations - however, he is known to have discovered many of the most powerful potions in the planes.

Leyden's forms are as chaotic and varied as his creations, changing depending on who and where he is providing inspiration. In the temples of the First Island, he is usually portrayed as a thick-beared gnome (see above). Other forms he is known to appear in are a green kobold, a trout-like locathah, and a flighty air genasi.
