Inkeas Hirash, driven by ambition and a thirst for dominance over the seas, sought forbidden knowledge and entered into a malevolent pact with a sea deity known as Araithys, the Whispering Depths.
Desperate to gain an advantage, Inkeas Hirash delved into forbidden lore and made a pact with Araithys, a deity dwelling in the shadowy depths. The sea deity offered him the power to control the seas and rival the mightiest naval forces, but at a terrible cost.
Inkeas Hirash, blinded by his ambition, accepted the pact without fully understanding its consequences. Araithys granted him control over the elements and the ability to summon a fleet of spectral ships, but in return, the souls of his crew and the ships themselves would be bound to the sea for eternity.
As the Phantom Fleet emerged from the depths, Inkeas Hirash's crew, unaware of the dark bargain, rejoiced in their newfound power.
