The Brotherhood of the Machine is a cult dedicated to the extermination of magic and the promotion of man-made solutions to problems.

Structure

The group is a decentralized network of autonomous cells. While the individual cells will take orders and direction from senior leadership, they primarily operate according to the constraints of their individual group and environment.

Public Agenda

The Brotherhood of the Machine is dedicated to the promotion of scientific and technological advancement. They eschew the use of magic or supernatural means to solve problems. To that end, in some locations the group invests heavily in public education and outreach campaigns. In other locations, they are more covert and target public magic users with violent reprisal.
