The One Ring of Kog
The college of Magic outside of Jattil on Kog is one of the smaller ones in Melnea. It has but a single ring, dedicated to evocation, and they train primarily evokers to main the ships of their navy, or to arm the ships in their dry docks.
That said, they have an extensive library, and multiple researchers well versed in the history of Melnea, along with a large number of books dedicated to the old high Drowish Empire that preceded the current age, along with a respectable, if smaller, collection dedicated to the wars and events of the cataclysm.
