Pilinkaarne Elves
The Pilinkaarne are a band of predominantly wood-elves that lead a nomadic / migratory lifestyle through the Hamshafra Whisperblade Forrest.
Their coming of age rite occurs every 10 years in the Orb Garden south east of Vagharat. It involves a 48 hour ritual designed to continue binding the machine spirit of a Cataclysm-era massive construct brought to bear by the powers of law/order against the forest residents.
Outsiders can be considered for acceptance among the Pilinkaarne, though they are extremely insular and indoctrination requires one to leave the "sedentary" existence of town or city living behind completely.
The current leader is Archdruid Lianthorn
