Oblex

Young, black scaled kobold of the Bound Claw clan. Oblex is rash and inquisitive, rarely sitting still, and if exposed to outsiders, becomes incredibly curious about their possessions, especially anything mechanical. Due to his obsession with mechanical and clock-work devices, he is the most likely to tolerate gnomes. He is also somewhat mad, and will often reply with non sequitors. Despite his oddities, he is a close confidant of Itros.
