Fishing, some shipping, and half-way point between Loki and Kosto. There are some high end shops in the Pearlport (western cliff), while the more working class dry docks, fish markets and processing shops are in the eastern Cabbageport. Merisumu is a deep water port - with a deep trench allowing ships with deeper drafts than might otherwise be expected to dock. Some of the smaller nearby farms, and occasional shipments of incense from Kuota will be shipped out from Merisumu.
