Irtos
Irtos is the ancient leader of the Bound Claw colony near the Green River in Tuulet. Under his watchful eye the colony has flourished, making a hesitant alliance with the humans of Kosto, and expanding their cave network. He is measured, though he continues to have the obsequious attitude of all kobolds when dealing with larger folk - he is also quite capable of killing most adventurers, especially if they follow him into his lair.
