Haughty mottled black kobold dragonscale of the Bound Claw clan. He is frequently present, displaying his shield and spear, when visitors come to the colony to trade or ask for help with illnesses. He is a paranoid zealot, believing any outsider is an interloper hoping to destroy the colony and their hatchery.
