The Fist
The Fist are an organized troop of Hobgoblins who have taken it upon themselves to police Meadkeep and root out those who oppose a clean scrap. While not officially sanctioned by the local government, they are generally left alone as the soldiers usually do more good than harm to the citizens of Meadkeep. They avoid the established settlements and can often be found running a puesdo-protection racket along the rural areas surrounding Silverhaven.
