The Black Hand

The Black Hand is relatively unknown to the common folk, but those of higher standing have a great fear and respect for the organization. No one claims to know how to contact the group of assassins, yet their marks are regularly slain none the less. One of their signature trademarks is the mark of a black hand seared somewhere on the corpse's body. The Black Hand carries out assassinations on high profile people and those of lesser stature all the same.
