The Ardent Flame

The Ardent Flame is an organization created by various monks throughout Midterra. Their main goal is to expand knowledge of the realm to further the betterment of all who call Midterra home. Unfortunately due to their prolific nature and tenacity to acquire knowledge, they have made themselves a target by those who wish to keep such esoteric knowledge secret. This group is well known through the land, though the secrets they hold are known only to them. While they seek their information for the good of the realm, they also know that the right information in the wrong hands could spell disaster. The Ardent Flame safeguards all of their information from outsiders, though assists many factions when needed with the right advice for the occasion. Monasteries can be found throughout Midterra's civilizations.
