A bizarre and neurotic, uh, Halfling? Dwarf? Human? He is known as a travelling merchant to some, and a plane shifting entity to others. It is rumored that he maintains relationships with the folk he likes throughout multiple lives and existences. He constantly has a rotation of goods to sell that always seem too convenient for the people he meets, and for some reason is always found in the least likely locations for a "merchant" to be. Legend and story say that he travels on the back of an ancient Gold Dragon and that if you hear the roars of such a beast on the air, then you may find him nearby.
