Kaningrad

Kaningrad was born of a lawless city that was originally much farther south. Once the city's residents were forced to flee from Varmor, they ended up founding Kaningrad.

Government

The government of Kaningrad is based on a tribal model, in which the sitting leader must be challenged to a fight and bested in combat. Technically, the rightful ruler is Quinn Winsalan-Goldgrain, but he abandoned the throne to pursue more taxing matters.
