Chase

Chase is a condition of fertility and heightened sexual activity Water dragons experience once both Moons are full. It is both a innate only to this draconic species and cannot be contracted by any other - except for Water dragon hybrids.

Causes

Affects all adult Water dragons each 88 daysin the evening when Natrash and Bolo, the two moons, are full.

Symptoms

Heightened heart-beat, sexual drive and fertility. Males are less aware of their direct surroundings and only barely aware of what they are doing.

Treatment

Yet after the evening passes, all Water dragons come back to their senses.

Prognosis

It is speculated that Chase is somehow related to Witlessness given the similar nature of feral behavior that both conditions induce. Yet while Witless dragons are mostly aggressive, Water dragons are less so, especially females.
