Winged: The Celestial Faction

For a vertically-oriented faction, that would make sense. They call themselves angels and demons, but it's not quite so spiritual as that.

• They live in a kind of floating city-above-the-city
• Or town above town
• All usually rather detached
• All came from other factions first, before transforming into this kind of creature
• There are no children or babies, you have to be something else first and then become this
• It's an extreme version of something that already was
• They usually have wings, but those wings stay hidden
