Teeth: Potions and Ingredient Lists

Runes are a thing, mainly, but there's also a fair amount of materials trade going on to make potions for pretty much everyone.
I like the idea that magic only works for specific people, and that runes and similar things only work for wizards or normal humans who get it charged up occasionally. But potions are used for everyone.

• Teeth are a big deal
• The tooth fairy might not actually be a fairy, but parents can get the big bucks for milk teeth
• Fight clubs also make a bunch of extra cash
• TOPICAL POTIONS ONLY
• A fair amount of ingredients are toxic for people (depends who you are, but allergies are a good chance) so most potions are designed for surface use, not drinking
• Teeth first have to be spiritually disentangled from the person they came from, otherwise they're useless for anyone other than that person
• A lot of ingredients have to be "homogenized" in a sense
