Horned: Unicorns

It's funnier when they're mean. But also still pure. Just absolutely vicious to anyone who doesn't meet their standards.
There used to be more unicorns around but a lot of people got fed up with their standards and chased them out. They still cause problems, though.
Most of the ones who are left tend to be a bit more moderated in their approach to the world, serving as law enforcement in lieu of being allowed to run people through. They're good at finding crime, and they've learned to not execute judgment immediately.
They don't speak, but they are intelligent and can be understood easily by those who make the effort to learn their language. They can understand what's spoken to them quite easily.
